Little boy found a wanted fugitive. Kind-hearted as he was, he actually dragged the fugitive into his family's shed. The man was badly injured. The boy immediately brought medicine from the house to help him. The man bent a piece of wire into the shape of a hook. After threading it with a piece of string, he endured the pain and began stitching up his wound. The boy reached out and helped bandage him. Once they were finished, he secretly brought food from the house to satisfy the man's hunger. Even though he had seen on TV that the man was being hunted, the boy did not care at all, because he finally had a friend. The boy's name was Tyler. He was born with a hearing impairment. His hearing aid was the only thing that allowed him to hear the outside world. At school, there was always a bully picking on him. The kid would often smear boogers on the back of his head. That would be followed by the laughter of the other students. The boy disgustedly touched the back of his head. He had long since grown used to their cruel pranks. Because of his hearing disability, the boy refused to speak His classmates never worried that he would report them After resting for a day the man realized it was not safe to stay there He wanted to force himself to move to another hiding place but his injuries were far too severe He had completely lost the ability to move With no other choice the man asked the boy to take a ring to a truck stop and find an old friend of his, but the police presence searching for the man was extremely heavy. The old friend was unable to help him for the time being. When Tyler returned with the ring, the man immediately understood what had happened. The boy prepared basic toiletries for him. He also brought him some warm clothes. As the man gradually regained some strength, he began working out. The boy started copying him and exercising as well. The man patiently taught him along the way. The boy smiled more often because of this friendship. The two of them would occasionally play chess together. After the boy suffered a crushing defeat, he got so frustrated that he knocked the chessboard onto the floor. He even turned cold toward his only friend. You win when you win. The man told the boy to pick up the pieces and finish the game. He taught him that every move he made should be thought through carefully.
