Shark follows surfer off California coast

A drone operator in California spotted a shark closely following a surfer and alerted the athlete, who managed to return to shore before the animal swam away. The dramatic aerial footage, captured by Nicholas Bertocchini and shared via Storyful, shows the shark gliding just beneath the turquoise water near the surfer's board. Fox News Channel also aired the clip.
