Florida Supreme Court upholds 2026 map
The Florida Supreme Court has upheld the 2026 redistricting map. The lawsuit brought by leftist election lawyer Marc Elias has been rejected. Gov. Ron DeSantis' House map, which adds up to four Republican seats, has received the green light. DeSantis said the Florida Supreme Court has rejected the challenge to the map.
