Moscow car bombs

Russia is scrambling after two car bombs exploded in Moscow yesterday. One blast killed the driver, a senior military figure. The second bomb targeted a scientist's car, with no casualties reported. Police arrested two teenagers. A girl was told by mystery handlers to grab the device, then hand it over. The other teen was also detained in connection with the incidents.
