This girl is the sheriff of Nottingham's daughter. She loves her father's strong Captain Marcus. Whenever she gets a chance, she sneaks to the soldier's rest area, then slips into Marcus' room to meet him. As time goes by, the sheriff finds out about their secret. The sheriff doesn't punish Captain Marcus. Marcus has served him for many years. He knows how stubborn his daughter is, but he still gives Marcus a warning. Stay away from his daughter forever. After the sheriff leaves, Marcus takes soldiers to hunt in the woods. They are feeling really bored. They see a Saxon boy walking by. He seems headed for an archery contest. Marcus decides to have some fun. He starts taunting the young boy. The boy keeps walking without turning. Marcus raises the bet to five pence. The boy finally stops in his tracks. Marcus challenges him to a shooting bet. He will pick the target himself He bets the boy will miss the shot The boy fears Marcus will cheat him so he turns down the bet He gets ready to keep walking Marcus then raises the bet to 10 pence If the boy loses the bet he must give Marcus his bow and arrows The boy can resist the money so he agrees to the challenge. At first, the boy refuses to shoot a deer, because shooting deer is against the law. Marcus insists he can't hit a deer anyway. The boy gets angry at this. He draws his bow and takes aim. He hits a distant deer perfectly. Marcus panics immediately. He says the boy shot the king's deer. That crime means losing an arm. He tries to send the boy away. The boy knows Marcus is cheating him. He argues with Marcus angrily. Marcus knows he is in the wrong. He grabs his bow to kill Robin Hood. Robin quickly puts distance between them. He dodges the arrow with a quick move. Then he fires back at Marcus. Captain Marcus dies instantly. The other soldiers grab their bows. They start chasing after Robin Hood. But Robin runs extremely fast. He disappears in no time at all. Marcus's body is taken back to Nottingham. The sheriff leads men to hunt Robin down. Sheila sees her dead lover's body. She burns with a thirst for revenge.
