The 2016 film The Autopsy of Jane Doe accomplishes quite a lot using a very basic setup. Two coroners who perform an autopsy on the body gradually understand that every new detail they learn about Jane Doe leads to something far more unsettling. Over time the morgue begins to feel like a confining trap the deeper they proceed into their work.
