It is a real-world rescue operation now for what started off as an exercise. Multiple aircraft, drones, divers, and vessels have been searching along Morocco's southern coast for the last three days for two missing U.S. soldiers. Defense officials tell us they were off duty on a hike when one soldier is believed to have fallen off a cliff into the surf below. Other soldiers witnessed the fall and attempted a rescue but could not reach the service member. A second soldier jumped in the water but struggled to return to shore, so a third jumped in. Only the third soldier made it out. The soldiers were at this base, along with more than 7,000 service members, for the annual African Lion exercises. We spoke to one of the technology developers. I choose to look around and measure the work we do today as a metric for the number of lives we'll save in the future. That future was sooner than expected. using drones he designed himself to search for his fellow soldiers. The military says this is still a search and rescue mission. Tony?
