Trump veto power midterms

If Democrats take Congress, Trump says his veto still stands in the way. The president told reporters he's got the "ultimate power" and he's not shy about using it should the GOP lose its majorities, and he pointed to a Supreme Court ruling that broadened his authority over federal agencies as reason he can keep pushing his agenda no matter who runs the chamber. "I have the ultimate power. It's called 'veto,'" he said ahead of the midterm results. So even a Democratic win leaves the veto Sharpie in his hand. CBS News, Marie.
