FRN Nord-Kivu zero active Ebola cases

Doctor Robert Biya Nkizinkiko put the numbers out as of November 1, 2026: 14 confirmed Ebola cases admitted across treatment centers, 11 of those patients recovered, 2 died, and one person escaped. The last patient to clear was declared recovered only after a second negative test, and by the report date nobody is left hospitalized at the Kayna Treatment Center. From there the Front for the Refoundation of the Nation of Joseph Kabila Kabange, the FRN, goes further and says its liberated territory in Nord-Kivu is sitting at zero active MVE cases. The same statement frames the fight against Ebola under Kabila as permanent, effective and professional, then draws the line to territory it says is still under Tshisekedi, where it claims things are worse. Its closing argument is blunt: the republic breathes better under Kabila than under Tshisekedi
