Tostão on resting players

Tostão drops a reality check in Folha about the current roster strategy. He points out that Vasco and Atlético Mineiro both got cooked after deciding to rest players, even while grinding through consecutive games. The only real exception is for those who actually have physical problems. This period demands overcoming challenges and pushing past limits instead of taking breaks. That's how champions get built tbh #Tostao
