Rubio Quad meeting in Atlanta

The pitch out of Atlanta is that the Quad is done talking and ready to show receipts. Rubio sat down there with his counterparts from Australia, India, and Japan, and the readout says the four are turning shared objectives into tangible outcomes. What that looks like in practice: supply chains that hold up better, backing for next-generation technologies, more maritime coordination, and critical minerals kept secure. Rubio's framing is that all of it is meant to pay off for citizens in the U.S., Australia, India, and Japan, plus the wider region. The Quad has been selling these priorities as a way to push back on China's influence across the Indo-Pacific.
