This represents so much time and money wasted by someone who doesn't know what they want and wants everything except peace because power interests are the only thing that matters. The prediction was specific from the start: events will move from Goma through Bukavu and Uvira to Kinshasa, then continue via Kindu, Kalemie, Kolwezi, Kisangani, Kikwit, and Kenge. Going in circles like this is a futile cycle that leads straight to madness. An awakening has finally occurred so where does it go next? Maybe Mars since aliens could intervene at this point. This entire diplomatic effort cost 123 million USD in 2015 alone. Extrapolating that over eight years means the total cost is nearly one billion dollars.
