Hailey Bieber Jimmy Kimmel Live interview

The way Hailey Bieber walks onto Jimmy Kimmel Live promising nothing ever rattles her is the setup, and the payoff is so much better than it has any right to be. Kimmel opens by asking whether she has ever suffered a mortifying wardrobe malfunction, and she waves it off completely, insisting she stays in control and that embarrassment just does not happen to her. He clocks how sure she seems, and she leans all the way in, saying she knows precisely what she is doing. Cue the mic leaving her fingers and sliding down into the dress, and that composure evaporates on the spot. She shouts for him to hold on, then pleads for someone to get it out while Kimmel tells the room to stay calm and announces that contact with his guest has officially been cut. He goes in after it, she keeps warning him that this is the costly one, and he admits he has never had to fish a microphone out of a dress in his life. Her answer is that everybody has a first time. He calls it the hardest interview of his whole career, finally comes up with the thing, and she wants to pick right back up. He agrees, then cracks that her next mic should come with a seat belt, and when she asks whether he will ever let her forget it, he says not a chance and that the whole mess is headed for the highlights. The joke is that the confidence was real until it wasn't, and that is the part that makes sense fr.
