GTA 6 lifestyle reset advice

The strategy to make the GTA 6 launch feel surreal and highly rewarding comes down to resetting your baseline. It starts with deleting TikTok because that app ruins the attention span needed to avoid boredom during gameplay. You should also stop picking up your phone immediately upon waking and limit all screen time and social media applications. Physical habits matter too, so beginning gym workouts is suggested alongside taking daily walks in the sun without a phone. Dietary changes are part of the plan, advising people to quit sugary drinks and snacks entirely. The list includes starting NNN as a specific recommendation. Maintaining a consistent sleep schedule with 7-8 hours of nightly rest is suggested to keep the body ready. Rockstar Games built this experience for players who can commit to these lifestyle shifts before release.
