paying the fee twice for one order is the part that gets me. if the two tees you buy are different materials, the European Union counts them as separate items instead of one purchase, and the charge lands again. nobody I know could explain why that rule exists. it just leaves people confused and out of pocket. the EU's charges on imports are already over the top, and this is the kind of thing that makes it worse.
