Supreme Court judges and 'Bheiman' hotel claim

Seven Supreme Court judges reportedly made the trip to a hotel to meet someone called 'Bheiman', even with the talk that Hari Phuyal was the only one meant to be singled out. Here's the wrinkle: nobody could have clocked 'Bheiman' on sight, since that identity had only been put together a few months earlier. So the way it lands is that everyone was left exposed. And if the Full Court is this shaken, the question of whether it can still hand down justice answers itself.
