Barcelona and Napoli eye Lucas Bergvall

Lucas Bergvall is on Barcelona's radar, and Napoli are monitoring him too. The 20-year-old Tottenham midfielder reportedly wanted to leave Spurs last summer but got convinced to stay, and he's started just twice in the Premier League this season. Since then he's signed a new Tottenham contract, which complicates any move, and Napoli see a potential deal as difficult. So the question stands: does Barça actually make their move?
