Pale hairless creature filmed near Ciudad Juárez

Farms around the Mexican border are reportedly the ones losing animals to it, which is the part that sticks. What's actually on CCTV near Ciudad Juárez, right by the US border, is a pale hairless thing about 6 feet long, crawling on all fours and then going up brick walls. Round head, stretched limbs, thin fingers, a long tail. The local version has it snatching animals in its jaw before vanishing. Six feet of bald something treating a wall like a sidewalk is a solid argument for locking the gate.
