Fake nightclub ATM fees accusation

Staff at the club had no idea the ATM near the bar wasn't theirs. Clubgoers used it like any other machine, pulling out cash and paying the fee without a second thought. Problem is, those fees were allegedly going to the guy who set it up. He's facing an accusation that he put his own cash machine in the nightclub and pocketed the withdrawal charges every time someone used it. The whole thing fell apart once staff realized the machine had never been authorized in the first place. Man had a whole operation running and nobody noticed.
