Beşiktaş foreign roster waste

Three foreign slots just vanished for Beşiktaş without a single minute on the pitch. Enes Güntekin points out that Rashica, Poku, and Djalo are sitting there filling the quota but never actually playing. It reads like a textbook case of poor resource usage where the club has effectively thrown away three of their fourteen available foreign spots. The math doesn't lie when you look at how many chances were wasted by keeping players who don't feature regularly.
