Houthi claim Saudi attack on Indian ship

Tensions near the Bab al-Mandab Strait remain high after Houthi forces took control of Zuqar Island. In this context, Houthi officials allege that Saudi forces attacked an Indian ship near Zuqar Island in the Red Sea. The allegation regarding the attack has not been independently verified. A Houthi spokesperson stated that 14 Indian nationals were on board the vessel. Houthi forces are reportedly attempting a rescue operation. This report comes after an Indian national was killed and two others injured in a previous attack on Saudi Arabia's Dammam airport.
