Kenan Thompson on SNL

Kenan Thompson is talking about Shane Gillis's SNL monologue and how he'd handle it if the comedian ever comes back. He says he knows Shane personally and doesn't see him as a mean person necessarily. Instead of just letting things slide, Thompson suggests sitting him down for a conversation to figure out what happened. The plan involves asking questions like 'How do you think that went?' and 'What do you think you could have done?' It's basically treating the whole situation like you would with a little kid who needs guidance on what to change there.
