Married woman can't find baby's father

The search is the part that gets me. She's looking for the biological father and all she has is a first name plus the place he tended to stay. That's it. Here's how she got there: the married woman says one night of stepping out led to a pregnancy, a marriage that fell apart, and now this dead end. She came clean to her husband that the baby may have been fathered by a homeless man she ran into near a convenience store. He declined to raise the child. One poor decision, and there's no clean way out of it
