Alexa Vega as KillJoy in Machete Kills

What gets me about KillJoy in Machete Kills (2013) is how the character was never built to share the frame. Alexa Vega played her, and the whole design of the role is about commanding attention: reckless, sharp-edged, impossible to pin down, and owning every bit of it without apology. That kind of presence hits differently on screen, and it's a reminder that some characters exist purely to take over the room. One role can stick with you long after the credits, fr.
