Ludwig Kaiser battery case motion denied

Ludwig Kaiser's attempt to get his battery case thrown out didn't land. The motion was denied, per what the court records lay out, and the hearing on Monday, October 19 put that on the books. Next up on the docket: a pre-trial conference December 17. Procedural stuff, but it's the kind of check you can't ignore.
