    ⭐Billy Gunn⭐Triple H📺WWE Hall of Fame

Billy Gunn on Triple H AEW moment

Billy Gunn didn't flinch when Triple H took a shot at AEW during the 2019 WWE Hall of Fame because he saw it coming. He told Inside_TheRopes that he knew Hunter was going to have something to say once the topic got hot, even if he didn't know exactly what the move would be. Gunn explained that he just let it go and noted the only person who really got hurt in the whole situation was Triple H himself. He called it a dick move, describing it as an unnecessary attempt by the company leader to save face. According to Gunn, you don't need to do that since rival companies are part of the wrestling business and stirring up sh*t is just what they do. He compared it to an unwritten rule where if someone from another promotion shows up, the leadership feels obligated to make a comment or take action. When the fans started chanting about it, the guy leading the company felt compelled to respond. It's just how the competitive nature of the industry works.
