Gon and Killua return Hunter x Hunter

Gon and Killua just showed up in the Hunter x Hunter manga again, which is wild considering the last time Gon appeared was twelve years ago. The world has changed significantly since that previous appearance, mostly because Black Clover didn't exist at that time, Boruto didn't exist at that time, Demon Slayer didn't exist at that time, Dr. Stone didn't exist at that time, My Hero Academia didn't exist at that time, Jujutsu Kaisen didn't exist at that time, and Chainsaw Man didn't exist at that time. It feels like a whole new era of anime started while those two were away, yet here they are returning to the series.
