The Odyssey IMAX Record

And yeah, thanks to its return to IMAX theatres, ChristopherNolan’s EPIC TheOdyssey still out there making HISTORY in IMAX screens, becoming first film to reach the ALL TIME RECORD 550M IMAX cume mark at Global BoxOffice, already more than doubled the previous record holder Avatar’s entire IMAX run. And the party is far from over for IMAX theatres in a record breaking 2026, already their highest grossing year ever, and still with several potential IMAX global hits such as GodzillaMinusZero, Ramayana & DunePartThree in the pipeline to keep adding up to the record!
