What stuck with me is how the performance captured a girl coming undone in plain sight, and it didn't matter where you stood on the character. The jealousy, the clinginess, the reckless choices, the insecurity and emotional whiplash were all played with total conviction. You don't have to like Cassie to admit she was hard to look away from.
