Thiago Motta Fly Emirates PSG

🇮🇹 THIAGO MOTTA: "When I played at PSG, one day after training, we went to an elegant restaurant near the Arc de Triomphe with 11 teammates. And at one point, Lavezzi says: 'I'm going to call coach Ancelotti so he can join us'. We panicked and told him: 'No way, Pocho, you can't call the coach, you're crazy, you'll put him in a tight spot'. But Lavezzi called Ancelotti anyway, and the first thing he said to Carlo was: 'Where are you?'. Then he tried to convince him to come. When he hung up, we thought he wouldn't come, but fifteen minutes later, there he was. He started by having a drink with us and told us incredible stories about AC Milan. And after a while, he gets up and says: 'It's time. I have to go home. Do whatever you want, but on Sunday I count on you to put on a great performance'. He leaves. We look at each other and say: 'How is it possible that anyone wouldn't want to play for this guy? How much do we need to win on Sunday? 5-0, at minimum?'. On Sunday we won big and put on a great performance".
