GTA 6 Jason and Lucia robbery reports

The word on GTA 6 is that Jason and Lucia can walk into a business, get to the back rooms, kill the alarms, and clean the place out before the cops even get moving. No instant detection, no heat the second it starts. Not confirmed, just what the reports are saying, but a robbery system where the response isn't automatic? That's the kind of detail I keep rereading #JasonGTA6 #LuciaGTA6
