Filipe Luis AS Monaco coaching success

Staying put at Flamengo would have been the safe play. Filipe Luis already had multiple titles there, he was an idol, and everyone loved him. Yet he walked away from that comfort zone to chase a new challenge as a coach for AS Monaco. The results since his arrival are just insane. In his first nine games behind the bench, he kept his side unbeaten all the way through. That run helped secure a spot in the Conference League for the club. They even went out and beat PSG, managed by Luis Enrique, right at the Parc des Princes. Now AS Monaco is sitting at the very top of Ligue 1. They also started their Conference League campaign with a victory. Honestly, nobody should be surprised by this level of success because it was always going to happen. HERE EVERYONE STANDS UP.
