Haiti two new FIFA standard stadiums plan

Two new stadiums are coming to Haiti, per Pythagore Dumas, the country's Minister of Sports. His announcement lays out facilities built to FIFA international standards, split between the north and the south of the country. The point of the project: strengthening sports infrastructure there, and getting Haiti back to a place where international matches can be hosted on home soil. Ambitious framing from the minister, and the whole thing is being pitched as a fresh chapter for Haitian football. That's the plan as announced.
