Gareth Southgate on not enjoying football

Gareth Southgate is clear that he no longer enjoys football, a shift that happened toward the end of his time with England when the wins stopped keeping him going for a period. He says he has hardly watched football since then and doesn't see a scenario where he returns to the Premier League. The statement feels like a genuine reflection on how his professional feelings have changed rather than just a passing comment.
