Katy Perry supports Selena Gomez

The alignment between Katy Perry's own foundation and Selena Gomez's program is what drew her to the fourth annual Rare Impact Fund gala happening tonight. During an appearance on Extra TV, she explained that having a huge spotlight and such big opportunities means it's vital for ladies, especially peers like them, to shine where mental health matters. She told the outlet she is supporting Selena and all the good work that she's doing because it really aligns with her program. There was also a candid admission about being there to kind of learn what the Rare Impact Fund is like while showing up for the cause.
