Vitor Pereira Fulham manager links

The Premier League is reportedly the target for Vitor Pereira as he sits and waits. The man who used to run things at Nottingham Forest and Wolves is getting linked with Fulham. But if the Cottagers pull the trigger on a managerial change, Thomas Frank is the name currently favored to step in for Alvaro Arbeloa. Pereira has his "FOCUS" locked on a return to the English top flight, though nothing is done yet. Whether that chance actually comes is a different question.
