Atlético Madrid vs Manchester United history

Diego Simeone finally got his men to beat an English side in the Champions League group stage or league phase for the very first time. Atlético Madrid took down Manchester United 2-0 last night with a result that breaks a long-standing curse against Premier League opposition. The performance was clean and decisive, yet it forces a real question about whether this squad is actually a serious threat to lift the trophy this season.
