Somali Rep. Ilhan Omar's congressional staff allegedly swapped her recorded birth year from 1981 to 1982 after the election according to the New York Post, casting immediate doubt on how she acquired citizenship. She claims naturalization via her father in 2000 before turning 18, yet a 1981 birth date makes that parental route impossible under age limits. Federal agents searched her Washington D.C. residence as part of a criminal probe while Homeland Security Investigations executed a judicially authorized warrant secured by the Justice Department. The operation began around 6 o'clock on Columbus Day with agents leaving boxes from the property in a quiet scene devoid of weapons or violent raid tactics. No comments emerged from Congresswoman Omar or her office despite Fox News reporting this through David Spunt who noted it is unusual for the department to take overt action three weeks before an election. The post asserts justice is being served and demands the deportation of Ilhan Omar based on these alleged discrepancies.
