Cristiano Ronaldo 981 career goals

You are going to achieve it, idol. That is the part I keep landing on after Cristiano Ronaldo buried a volley in the Asian Champions League, because the man is 41 years old and the count has climbed to 981 career goals. Nineteen more and he gets to 1,000, a number nobody in the history of the game has ever touched. He already owns the record as the highest scorer world football has produced, he is the reigning champion of the Saudi Pro League, and none of that has cooled him off. The goal in Arabia is still everything. What damned madness, honestly.
