Joseph Kabila stands as the front for rebuilding the nation, while Bertrand Bisimwa takes the First Vice President spot and Corneille Nanga serves as Second Vice President. Maj Gen Sulfani Makenga acts as Chief of Staff and Vice President at the same time. Prof Dr Kaniki Freddy is the General Secretary with Benjamin Mbonimpa as Deputy General Secretary. Désiré Rukomera holds the role of Permanent Secretary of the College of Founders.
