Francesco Farioli FC Porto

Francesco Farioli walked into FC Porto at 37 and walked out of his debut season with the league title. That one ended a three-year stretch where the club had nothing to show for itself. Now look at what he's doing in the current campaign: eight league games, eight wins. Twenty goals scored. Four conceded. The man is building something at Porto and the noise around him still doesn't match the results. Whether he's getting the credit he's earned is a fair question to ask. The numbers say plenty.
