    🎤Hasan Piker⭐Osama bin Laden💭Politics

    Hasan defends 9/11 display

Hasan pushes back against the idea that his framed 9/12 newspaper is problematic, insisting it is perfectly valid for a news and politics enthusiast or commentator to have such a massively consequential historical event behind them. He frames the criticism as basically the right-wing version of follow policing where nobody ever knows why someone follows an account for what reason, so these guys just invent reasons because they don't know the actual reason he put up that newspaper. Hasan denies celebrating the event entirely, stating it is the most consequential singular event of all our lifetimes rather than something to be celebrated, and asks if only certain people get to talk about it while questioning if he is too Muslim to discuss 9/11. He clarifies the situation by noting it isn't like posting a photo of Osama bin Laden on his wall or some sh*t.
