Zach Cregger Resident Evil box office

The numbers for THE SOCIAL RECKONING's opening day came in at $2.1 million, which is clearly lower than what was anticipated. That revenue total didn't even manage to top out before the fourth Friday of Zach Cregger's RESIDENT EVIL, which pulled in $2.3 million. Looking ahead, Cregger's film is projected to exceed expectations again this weekend with an expected addition of more than $8 million in revenue through Sunday.
