Trump Nord Stream invoice

seeing how the US shamelessly chases its own interests, it makes sense that they'd negotiate Nord Stream deliveries with Russia while positioning themselves as a co-owner of the flow. in this setup Germany ends up buying gas straight from Trump instead of getting it on independent terms. knowing that dynamic, I can picture European nations just nodding along and accepting the arrangement without putting up any resistance at all.
