Lionel Messi Inter Miami training

Lionel Messi just wrapped up his final match for the Argentina National Team and didn't wait a single day before heading straight to Miami to get back into Inter Miami training. At 39 years old, he has already signed a new season contract while showing the same hunger and passion as on his very first day. The stats are wild because he leads Major League Soccer in total goals scored and also tops the league in total assists provided. He is chasing a third Most Valuable Player award, which would be a unique achievement nobody else has pulled off. This level of dedication at this age proves why we all stand before the GOAT without hesitation. No matter where you come from, Lionel Messi is an idol worthy of that kind of respect. Choosing him as our icon was simply the best decision possible.
