The situation in France has turned critical after weeks of student-led protests, especially in Paris, where crowds are demanding better learning conditions due to staff shortages and overcrowded classrooms. The government response has been heavy, with police detaining over 6,000 individuals while reports confirm students suffered serious injuries, including a 15-year-old boy who lost his hand to a police stun grenade explosion in Lens. Amidst the tension, signs like 'MACRON, CALME TES POULETS' and 'GENERATION 67 REFAIT MAI68' were visible as the atmosphere remained urgent.
