Mena Istafanus Reggio Emilia case

Mena Istafanus, 26, of Reggio Emilia and Egyptian family background, is the subject of what's being passed around as good news. At a gas station on September 27, a screwdriver was used to stab a woman nobody has identified. Then his car went over two people who ran toward her, a man and a girl. Five days after that, he hanged himself in prison.
