Zayda Steel vs Mercedes Moné

Zayda Steel just got real about her match with Mercedes Moné, saying the moment her music hit she tried to hold back tears on the entrance because she's never blanked out that quick in a match. She described Moné as her comfort wrestler, explaining that when you deal with a lot in life you have comfort people and Mercedes was always that for her. The fact that she secured this dream match early in year one while she hasn't even been in AEW for a full year yet means she already knows after year one she's only gonna get better and better. Steel made it clear she intends to run it back with Moné and told everyone to bring up that clip later when she beats her.
