CENCO ECC warning over Tshisekedi maneuvers

A warning has gone out to CENCO and the ECC about Felix Tshisekedi's maneuvers, and the details behind it deserve a closer look. Anthony Nkinzo Kamole, Fortunat Biselele and Fifi Masuka Saini are alleged to be on a mission to hand out banknotes to prelates, so those prelates end up carrying responsibility for Tshisekedi's initiative. Mgr Fulgence Muteba and others held discussions about a dialogue project described as one-way, along with talk of possible church mediation. In Lubumbashi on Saturday October 03, 2026, Anthony Nkinzo Kamole, Mgr Fulgence Muteba Mugalu and Fifi Masuka took part in talks on the 'National Dialogue for Peace, Cohesion, and Refundation of the State' project, which is described as convened tribally by Tshisekedi. Since January 2025, CENCO and the ECC have been behind the 'Social Pact for Peace and Living Together Well in the DRC and in the Great Lakes Region', an initiative built to help resolve crises and bring peace back to the region.
