Travis Scott Highest in the Room 7 Years

Seven years ago today on October 4, 2019, Travis Scott dropped Highest in the Room and it immediately pulled in 59 million streams plus 51,000 downloads across the United States during its opening week. That track debuted at number one on the Billboard Hot 100 chart dated October 19, marking his second chart-topper after Sicko Mode while also becoming his first single to enter the list directly at the top position. It stands as just the 35th song in Hot 100 history to pull that debut move and opened at number one on the Streaming Songs chart before landing at number two on Digital Song Sales. MM MY MIXTAPEZ really set the stage for this No. 1 Billboard Hot 100 Debut moment.
